Yes, for orders. An account is how we keep your order history, your delivery address and your tracking codes in one place. It takes about a minute.

You do not need one to read the community feed, browse products or track a parcel somebody sent you.

Primarily Trinitario, fermented and sun dried to export standard. Lots are graded at origin and the moisture and grading records travel with the shipment.

Arabica from the North West highlands and Robusta from the Littoral and South West. Both are available green, and both come with the same origin documentation as the cocoa.

It means every lot can be traced back to the cooperative that produced it, and where a single farm is identified, to that farm.

It is not a marketing phrase. Products promoted from a farmer listing carry the grower and their location in the database, which is why you see a line like "Grown in Muyuka" on the product page.

Yes, for volume enquiries. Samples are the sensible way to agree on grade before a contract. Contact us with the grade and volume you are considering.

Mobile money, cash on delivery within Cameroon, or bank transfer for larger orders. The options appear at checkout.

Within Buea and the South West, usually one to three days. Elsewhere in Cameroon, three to seven. International shipments depend on the port and the paperwork, and we give a realistic date when the order is confirmed rather than an optimistic one.

Yes. Every parcel moved through our rider network carries a tracking code that looks like AMR-PKG-26-K4X7QM. Anybody with the code can follow it, no account needed.

Tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace it or refund it. Produce is checked at origin, but a sack can take a beating on the road and that is our problem rather than yours.

Register as a farmer, then send us your documents: your ID, your farm location, and a photograph of yourself holding your ID so we know the account is really yours. Verification usually takes one working day.

Once approved you can post to the community feed and list produce for sale or for collection.

Selling produce means you have something ready and want buyers to find it. No rider is involved and you arrange collection yourself.

Ready for pickup means the produce needs to get somewhere. Riders near you see it, offer to carry it, and you pick one.

They are how a handover is proved. You keep three digits, the rider keeps three, and the person receiving the produce keeps three.

Collection needs your three plus the rider's three. Delivery needs the receiver's three plus the rider's three. Neither half is any use alone, so a rider cannot mark a parcel collected from their bedroom, and nobody can close a delivery that did not happen.

On transport, yes: 10% of the fee you set for the rider. That rate is fixed onto each parcel when you create it, so a later change never rewrites what you were already told.

The rate is shown on the listing form before you commit.

Register as a rider and send your documents: your ID, your driving licence, and a photograph of your bike with the plate readable. Once approved, the package board opens and you can offer on jobs.

When the receiver confirms delivery with their code. The farmer pays AMRIC up front, we hold it, and it is released to you once the produce has actually arrived.

That protects both sides. You know the money exists before you ride, and the farmer knows it only moves when the produce does.

Call us. An admin can confirm a delivery by hand once they have checked who they are speaking to, and it is recorded in the parcel history with their name on it.

Yes, on season long agreements rather than one off lots. That is how we can promise consistent grade: the cooperatives know what is coming and can plan the fermentation and drying around it.
